Children’s Environmental Science Day is a free community event held annually for children (ages 6 and up) and their families. The event includes hands-on science activities designed to create an awareness of the unique ecology of Lake Tahoe and teach about environmental and Earth science.

The event is hosted by UC Davis scientists, staff, and the agencies and organizations of the Tahoe Basin.
