Center for Regional Change
Briana is a fourth year student, triple majoring in Chicanx studies with an emphasis on social policy, linguistics, and Spanish, and pursuing a minor in human development. She has experience in event planning, administrative work, advocacy work, and is an active volunteer in her community. Briana hopes to use the skills she has gained to work with marginalized communities promoting social and political change as well as youth activism. She most recently returned from Nepal with the CRC’s Dr. Jonathan London and Dr. Nancy Erbstein who lead their first Davis-Nepal study abroad cohort earlier this year. Briana will be leading the 2018 cohort for the Ted Bradshaw Student Scholars program, now in its third year.
