Isabella Jimenez

Isabella Jimenez is a fourth-year Landscape Architecture student at the University of California, Davis. Inspired by the natural systems, Isabella thinks a lot about how to emulate the efficiency and function of nature for the building of sustainable communities through land use practices, social policy, and community engagement.

Native to Northern Virginia and the Washington D.C. area, and having spent four years in the Sacramento region, Isabella has had the opportunity to engage in a variety of approaches to community development. Her professional interests range from designing for sustainable behavior to community development initiatives, including land use policy. Beyond the field, she enjoys reading, listening to podcasts and audiobooks, bike rides, and taking long walks throughout neighborhoods.
